From 1999 to 2007 we organized every two years in Propriano (Corsica) a european school of astrobiology addressing an audience of researchers, post-docs and PhD students from backgrounds as varied as astronomy, geology, chemistry, biology and history of science and interested in the origins of life on Earth, its evolution and its possible distribution elsewhere in the universe.
Each time, the program has met the specific astrobiology multidisciplinary aspects but has alternately focus on astronomy / geology aspects or on chemistry/ biology ones.
