Pytmosph3r computes transmission spectra of exoplanets accounting for the 3D structure of their atmospheres (Caldas et al., 2019).

The input atmospheric structure can be parametrized or come from a 3D global climate model. The code produces the transmission spectrum along with the transmittance maps of the atmospheric limb at all wavelengths.
