The VLA HI 21cm line data for M33 is available for download through the following links. The data come from the NRAO public archive and were reduced with CASA. The data reduction is presented in Gratier et al. 2010.

You are free to use them but if you do, please make a reference to this article. The intensity units are Kelvins, and the velocity units km/s. An gzipped archive containing the 15 fits files is available for download here. Please contact me if you would like to have access to the datacubes.
