Pytmosph3R *********** About Pytmosph3R ================ Pytmosph3R is a Python-3 library that computes transmission and emission spectra based on 3D atmospheric simulations, for example performed with the LMDZ generic global climate model. It produces transmittance maps of the atmospheric limb at all wavelengths that can then be spatially integrated to yield the transmission spectrum. Please cite :cite:`falco2022toward` if you use Pytmosph3R 2. This version is a complete rewrite of the former Pytmosph3R 1.3 :cite:`caldas2019effects` written in Python-2, extended to emission.
