Catalogues, tools and libraries for stellar spectroscopy

- PASTEL is a catalogue which compiles stellar atmospheric parameters (Teff, logg, [Fe/H]) with metallicity determinations based on high resolution, high signal to noise spectra. It can be queried through VizieR : http://cdsarc.u-strasbg.fr/viz-bin/Cat?B/pastel

- The catalogue of RV standard stars has been built to provide a reference for the Gaia-RVS :

pre-launch version at CDS : here

Gaia DR2 version at CDS : here

- iSpec has been developed by Sergi Blanco-Cuaresma when he was doing his PhD in Bordeaux. The iSpec code allows users to visualize, manipulate and analyse stellar spectra, and to determine atmospheric parameters and chemical abundances  : https://www.blancocuaresma.com/s/iSpec

- A Catalogue of stellar abundances

- The Gaia benchmark stars project intends to provide reference data for stellar spectroscopy :

- Other collections of spectra :

- ELODIE library : elodie_library.html
- ELODIE archive : http://atlas.obs-hp.fr/elodie/
- SOPHIE archive : http://atlas.obs-hp.fr/sophie/
